Hi there, I just got a new 396xt and I've been trying to wrap my head around it and freescan for the last hour or so. I've tried searching the forums and googling, but I've been unable to find an answer to two questions

1) using Ez Grab, is there any way to select a column to be the number tag, or is there an easy/quick way to do them besides just typing them all in by hand like auto-number or something that I'm missing?

2) The groups in the software are alphabetical, is there any way to manually sort them? For example, I'd like Dispatch, Command Tacs, Area Tacs... as it is now, it's Area, Command, then Dispatch.
