Hi all,
I have some question about PowerPatrol
1 how do service types of other work I do not see other on the list in hp1?

2 I like to add Marine frequencies to the DB but im not sue what lat an long to put in ?

1. I don't think 'other' is supported by the HP1. In fact it is filtered out from the official DB. However it is there so someone can figure out what to do with it.

2. I wouldn't put in any lat/lon for that. You might just want to add it to your favourites list and disable location-based favourite scanning. You can also add them to your favourite city and just copy the lat/lon from that.

For other services (such as Marine), you could add those frequencies by using EZ Grab - the services are all indexed here - just click on the blue text...see the 'Adding Service Search Ranges' section

Unfortunately I don't know how to use EZ Grab to populate a new favorites list, but it can't be all that hard....how about writing that up, Assaf?

One of your competitors (we won't mention which one, hi  Grin ) does include some of the service related files in their build.  73 Mike
