Hello, I'm new to this. I was told I can program my new (bcd325p2) scanner here. But I don't see my model listed on your "program  scanner " products page? should I be on another page?
Products‎ > ‎
FreeSCAN, the award-winning Freeware program for programming the Uniden SC230, BC246T, UBC3500XLT,  BR330T, BCD396T, BC346XT(C), BCD396XT, BCT15X, BCD996XT,  BCT15 and BCD996T, BCD996P2 public safety scanners (The 436 & 536 will not be supported). FreeSCAN allows to download and uploading programming, remote control the scanner, log hits, and supports printing out of systems and groups. It will run on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 & 8.

Update :I found Freescan version 2.8beta 6 to be use on the 325p2

I'm having a Problem w/ programing ...I downloaded Freescan version  2.8 beta 6 &  got my Frequency Info. from Radio Reference .com
Southington, CT. 06489
Frequency    License    Type    Tone    Alpha Tag            Description       Mode       Tag
155.25000    KCA347    RM   131 NAC   Southing PD1   poh-leece Dispatch    P25    Law Dispatch

On Freescan
I entered :
1) New Sysyem
2) Sys.- entered # 1
3) Type- entered P25 std. - there is one other P25 options thou. ??
4) Group- entered Hartford County
5) Quick Key- entered # 0
6) Display- entered Southington PD
7) TG.ID- entered 115.25000
8) Number Tag- entered None
Then entered Upload to scanner & it seems Like it went through...But unit says No scanning available. So I Don't Know...I didn't have the tone 131 NAC info. at that time so I left it blank. I'm going to go back & try again entering it this time... There Seems to be ALOT of stuff to look up & Enter for this. I'm on 3 web pg.s trying to do this (FreeScan, Radio & " Easier to Read BCD325P2 Digital Scanner Manual "Got myself lacking the ability to read the manual, countless posts, search or do anything else other than to ask for handholding a few times. Any help would be Greatly Appreciated

3) Type- entered P25 std. - there is one other P25 options thou. ??

New system, but select 'Conventional' - Your not programming in a trunked system is why.

7) TG.ID- entered 115.25000

TG ID is just where you would put in the talkgroup in a trunked system, but for which this is not.

In the conventional system you made, what you need to do is put that 155.250 in the frequency column.
Leave everything to default in the line but at the NAC column type in 131 and at the AudioType select Digital Only

What it should look like, I left the stuff to the right of Audiotype - just bells and whistles and the Priority is on - True, the False or None are saying those are unchecked
Display               Frequency    L/O     Tone   Tone LO    Att      Pri      Step   Mod    NAC   AudioType
Southington PD   155.25000   False   None   False        False   True   AUTO  AUTO  131   Digital Only

In turn you can add the other conventional frequencies in the same system example:
Display                   Frequency   L/O    Tone        Tone LO   Att     Pri      Step    Mod       NAC   AudioType
Southington PD 2   151.47500   False   146.2Hz   False      False   False  AUTO   AUTO              Analog Only

Other Southington frequencies

Where it mentions on digital and conventional
