Why is New York with New Jersey? There is more to NY STATE than NYC. I'm in Buffalo & am no where near NJ. Why not NY & PA? Or NY & OH? C'mon!

 The reason they are combined is because to create all the different boards I had to do a ton of typing and it was just easier to combine some of them. New Jersey is its own state is it not??

 Grin  Don't complain ! There is no District of Columbia at all!  It is not even combined with Maryland or Virginia !!
