In trying to properly program the system below I need to ask first, what type of system should I have it set as and second, what type should the sites be set to?

This system is a P25 type. Only the 396T, 996T, 396XT or 996XT will copy it (at least, those talkgroups not marked 'E' or encrypted). As the settings are slightly different for the T and XT models, please be more specific about which one you have.

Also note that this is a simulcast system, and this means that getting good clear reception is going to be a bit iffy - the RR wiki has an extensive article that discusses simulcast digital distortion. I would highly recommend reading it before proceeding. Bottom line, most consumer grade scanners are going to have problems with such systems.
