I am looking for recording software that will record the activity from a scanner on a PC. it doesn't need to be high security or anything like that. Preferably just record when a scanner goes off and note the time and duration in a  list. Click and listen. Any suggestions?

FS has this function built in if you are using a compatible scanner, but you can also check out Xcorder http://www.2-software.net/Xcorder-188.html

Can I record multiple scanners on the same PC  and access them? I would need one card per scanner I would think or an adapter from RGB to USB.
