What do I need to do to upload county frequencies from my area that other users can download?

Can I just load them up from reading and saving them using Freescan?

Dave,

If I remember correctly, the way I did mine was to read in what was in the scanner (or a file you might already have for backup <g>), delete the unwanted/unneeded systems, save that out as a different name and upload here by starting a new message in the appropriate place and then attaching the file (additional options)
