I am in the process of buying a BCD396XT and wonder if there is anybody who uses this and could they upload a file with their GPS so that I could look at it and see what I need to do to use it with my scanner.
I live approx. 18 miles outside Phila. Pa. and would like to be able to set it up so when I go down I-95 I would be able to listen to the different frequencies.
In order to listen to these different frequencies, do they all have to be entered into the scanner and how is this done?
Thanks for any help.
