How can I get these Frequencies into a file? I am new to this.

highlight your posting and copy to clipboard
Start FreeSCAN
right click in the left hand pane
click on new system to create a new system
then click on EZ-Grab!
choose Auto/Tab* on the right hand side
click on Copy from Clipboard
click on Import into FreeSCAN
click on close

At this point, you should have your new system populated with the listing. It *WILL* take a little bit of cleaning up due to the "less than clean" listing you have supplied. Everything in nice, neat columns works much better. But this is close.
