Hi, so the IT guy that set all this up is no longer working with us. I can't get freescan to connect again. It keeps coming back with "bad data" "incompatible". Not sure what to do from here?

Also I only have 1 computer recording the calls. I don't know how to get free scan to record the calls on my other computers???
