First off thanks Assaf for Freescan, I am having a great time using it with my scanner. I have a BCD396XT and am wondering how can I find additional TGID's? IS this where the CTSS tones come in?

No, those tones are only for conventional channels. To find my TGID's you have to set the system you are searching to ID SEARCH vs ID SCAN.
