Imported .mem files are assigned a Quick Key that is one number off.  For example, if the .mem file exists with a quick key of 1, FreeSCAN gives it 2.  If 2, FreeSCAN gives it 3.

Using FreeSCAN 0.9F

Not at all.  Since this happens with every .mem file, I created and attached a simple one.  Its quick key is 0.
