No matter how many times I download the VERSION 9F, I always get
9D in the HELP & ABOUT ?

Then when I run the program and Click-On Check for newer Version,
It says THERE'S A NEWER VERSION DOWNLOAD IT NOW?

Then I click YES, and it DOWNLOADS .9D AGAIN over and over we
LOOPY LOOPY...........LOOP-A-REENO!


What's happening here anyhow?

Might have to try clearing your Internet Explorer cache. There is no way it could be downloading .9D since only .9F is in the download location.

Found the problem-

It seems when you go to do an Install with your MSI file, when it prompts you to install
the program in a directory OTHER THAN the C:\program files\scannow.org\freescan, it still
installs the program to the Default directory!

I have mine in another Directory, so obviously the installer program isn't writing over the
Old Location and/or files at all, hence my shortcut always went to that directory, not the
default above!.

I just installed it in the Default Directory C:\program files\scannow.org\freescan, and it works okay.
