anyhow I tried to copy just like this demo is done http://scannow.org/images/ss/ezgrab2.gif
and got it to sync to my scanner great.. but what do I do if I need to cut and paste something like this?

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=1572 if you look under the (system freq) sections the lay out is not like the demo above.. so how would I cut and paste something like this?

ps can someone remind me how to open the easy grab page again.. I cant seem to do it for somereason now? I have version .9 of FreeSCAN

Before you start, you should upgrade to version 0.9F, which is the latest version.

Go to the page of the system that you want and highlight the frequencies as shown in the attached "Copy".  Hit Ctrl-C.

Go to FreeScan and get to the tab of the site where you want to enter the trunk frequencies.  Click on the EZ-Grab! button.

When the EZ-Grab! screen opens, click on 1. Copy from Clipboard.

You should have what's shown on the attached "Grab".

Click on Import into FreeScan.

Close the EZ-Grab! window and your frequencies should be entered where they belong.
