I've been bitten by the Multi-site dilemma on my BC246T. The MA State poh-leece has numerous site so it runs out of memory. Is there a workaround for this? I tried collecting all teh control channels and placing them into a single "new" site and then deleting all the original ones. It loaded but I scan all day and no traffic. Is this the right approach?

Nope it's not possible to do so. I am not really sure what kind of system you are dealing with, the workaround you mention works with some system types but not others. As long as its a system type that can operate with control channel only mode you should be good though.

For the MSP Trunk system you need to create separate systems for EACH zone.

And each zone will need it's own talkgroups too.
