When you download the information from the scanner, it goes into FreeSCAN. If you want to save it out, then you will get a file dialog prompt when you choose "save programming to disk". At that point, you can select wherever you like to store the info.

Is this what you are asking?

I was dumb, after I scanned I left it hanging and did not let the program finished, when I continued it allowed me to store it anywhere. Thank for the quick reply.

I know *I've* never gotten in a hurry with the scanner OR the computer. <wide grin>

It's all too easy to do! Especially the first time through, you're not sure what to expect, and I know MY luck is to screw it up...so if it takes very long I figure I've hosed it again. <LOL>

Glad to hear you're up and running...Let us know if you have any other questions.
