This is a new version that is just meant to fix some minor glitches found in .9A.

Change List
------------------
-Fix: can't print comment
-Fix: Virtual control issues with 996XT/BC1T15X
-Fix: Importing RR TGIDs on mixed Type I / Type II systems
-Fix: Downloading systems from 230/246/330/396T not working

Installed 9B on top of 9A with no problems at all. <g>

It took a few versions to get that part working, now to cleanse everyone's memories of uninstalling first then installing.
