G'day Assaf,

I have noted in your latest version that when you start the Virtual Control.
The 'Log all hits' is ticked but greyed out.
It won't start the logging window.

Is this a temp issue that will be fixed in future releases?

I believe I remember Assaf saying that he had found issues with the logging and has it turned off (for the moment) in the latest release.

I think that printing is more or less in the same boat (updates being worked on).

But, as always, we'll wait for his next trip through to see if I got this right or not. <g>

Yeah next version will address this. I disabled logging to reduce the constant complaints I got about, but it actually caused them to go up. So I guess I would have been better to just leave it on.

Thanks for the heads up Assaf, I really do like the feature as it helps me ID certain things when I am away from my computer that I can focus on when I get back!

Tom I know that I should have gone back and had a look at previous posts but the last month has been a whirlwind and I am not  Huh? Huh? remembering a great deal... My wife gave birth to our first child and after 3 weeks of hell in two different hospitals we finally have him home and I am now becoming sleep deprived.  I also know that Assaf and all the members are very quick to answer any post with the correct info...
Hope no-one really minds too much.  Cool

Assaf as always looking forward to the next version!  Grin

Fletch Congrats..

I have been there and done that 4 times.  The first two, 20 some years ago, handling a military career at the same time. All I can say is during those moments of quiet time, take advantage of them.  Make sure you take some down time.  Sometimes you have to make them happen.  The first 5 months are the hardest.  After that, it does get better..  Smiley  Hang in there.

If it wasn't for my scanners and shortwave radios, you would have found me at the rubber hospital.

Fletch,

I sure wasn't "picking" on you or anything, just trying to get you an answer that I *thought* I remembered. If I came off "harsh" sure didn't mean to, just saying that this is what I think I remembered.

And, yes, congratulations on your new addition! Hope things calm down a bit for you so you can catch up on some of your sleep. I'm having some of that trouble myself (different cause) and know it gets pretty strange some days.

And then there's that wonderful thing we call memory...I seem to play a new game a lot, called where did I hide that (whatever) that I just had. And that's a new hobby I didn't need! <wide grin>

Tom you don't need to worry I didn't feel you were picking on me...
I just had NO memory of what you mentioned!
One of the things I like about this site is that no-one is being petty and everyone is just helpful!
