Not sure if a bug or my system is acting up. I went to enter a mot rebanded and the band plan sort of half becomes available. I know this sounds wierd but the field that the upper and lower etc need to be entered into look like only half the field turns white, the other half stays blue, then when I enter the value and hit enter or tab it goes back to 000. I entered it as a custom with no band plan info in Freescan, then manually entered the plan in the scanner and it works. I downloaded it from the scanner to freescan and the values are in the table as they should be. But if I try to edit them the strange active block is there, half white half blue, and if I try to edit the next row down I can't. I tried rebooting and no change, I tried it on a new system, same thing. its only the band plan info table that is wedged.  If it matters I am in Bucks county Pa and the frequencies are in the 500 Mhz range.

That part still uses the older style editor for now and it can take a bit of getting used to. Hit enter after you enter a frequency to save it, other keys aren't accepted. I suspect that is why you are getting the 000.
