Subject: Harris County Regional Radio Service (Formally STARNET ) [ MOT Type II ]

When I import this system into Freescan from RR The system shows MOT Type II/P25 , but most of the sites show MOT VHF BAND and have to be manually changed to 800 or p25. Is this normal or is it just me doing something incorrect? I do not remember it working this way in ver. 8D.
The  Harris County Regional Radio Service (Formally STARNET ) [ P-25 ] does however transfer over as P25
I am new to this , so excuse me if I am way off base on this.

VHF is definitely not the right site type for the system, I'm going to have to investigate to see why it is getting picked.  The nice thing about the XT is that it is smart enough so you don't have to it tell whether a system is uhf, vhf, etc, just needs to be told it's a type II. When you upload, it is converted for you to a custom/reband site and then sent to the scanner.
