If you run into a bug or problem, you can simply create a new thread for it. There is just some information I'd like you to include.

 - The version of FreeSCAN you are running
 - What type of scanner(s) you are using (I can't always remember who has what scanner)
 - What OS you are using.
 - One thing at a time policy. The best way to get a response is to only address 1, maybe 2 things. Posts with 6 or more points are ignored. Anything after your 2nd point is ignored as well. Sometimes people will just blow out a stream of consciousness and I don't have time to decipher it  and figure out what they were talking about.
 - Please be honest. If you are running it under LINUX than admit to doing so. Fish aren't meant to fly, birds aren't meant to swim the depths of the ocean and FreeSCAN isn't meant to run on Linux.
- We are a professional organization and ask that you keep the drama to an absolute minimum.

Posting your problem here, or e-mailing me, or posting on RadioReference is usually enough to get my attention. You can generally get away without redoubling your efforts and posting a bug or problem across the whole entire Internet.

On the flip side of that, once 2 or 3 people report a problem I am fairly convinced it is not just user error. So I can make do without 500 posts of the same problem, it will get fixed as soon as possible whether 2 or 500 people report it.

Thanks for reading.
