I am trying to activate a BC346XT scanner and have installed FreeSCAN and also have a new Premium subscription to RR.  I am now attemptinng to import from RR and when I get to the RadioReference Import - Conventional System window, add my login and password and then hit connect, I get an error message saying I have used an incorrect username and password.  I double check my username and password by logginig directly on to the RR site and they work fine.  I just can't make connection via FreeSCAN.  Please help. Sad

Check to make sure you don't have firewall software blocking it. Also post the exact error message.
